• Contact us to arrange for any returns.
• Return request need to be within 15 days of receipt.   Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
• A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
• You are responsible for all shipping/freight charges on return orders unless the error is on our part.
•  Special order parts are not returnable.  Most online parts are special ordered parts.
• There is a 20% restocking fee charged against ALL returned parts. Please note that on a returns original shipping paid on the order is not refundable.
• Parts must be resalable and in the original unaltered packaging.  This means do not put your labels or write on original packaging as this will affect your ability to return parts.
• We cannot take back used parts.
• We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
• Electrical parts are not returnable.
• Cores and all returns must have the original part number label intact and in full resaleable condition.  Any damage to the package may result in additional restocking charges.
• We are not responsible for installation errors, incorrectly ordered item(s), towing expenses, labor expenses, rental car expenses, and/or any additional repair expenses due to a part that has been installed incorrectly and/or is defective.
• We do reserve the right to refuse returns on any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
• Weekend inquires will be processed/answered the next business day.
• VIN number must be provided, or customer accepts liability for their parts order being correct and understands they are final sale/non-returnable.
• VIN is required to process order.  Orders without VIN are final sale and not returnable.
• If there are any questions regarding returns, please ask BEFORE placing your order.

Cancellation Policy

• An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
• If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 25% may apply.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order anytime for any reason.
